Budhathoki Cold Storage, Sitapaila

Budhathoki Cold Storage (BCS) has started its operation in 1996 (2053 B.S.) with an aim to provide high-end preservation facility for agro based products such as Mineral water, vegetables, fruits and now meat products. Since then, BCS has introduced technological innovation in food and meat processing industry for Nepal. Having said that,

• BCS now has an fully functional to process 1000 chicken an hour for chicken meat production; and can process 100 buff per day for meat production.
• BCS has 3600MT cold storage facility
• BCS has 1600MT Cold Room (-20 degree celcius)
• BCS has 2500MT Blast Frozen Plant
• BCS has 60MT Ice Block Plant
• BCS has its own Mineral Water Treatment Plant named "Aqua Aura Drinking Water"

All the facility is situated in the area of privately owned 49200 sq. ft (8 ropanis) area in Sitapaila, built on the outskirts of Kathmandu.

As per the human resources, we are accommodated with in-house engineers, technicians, and other talents having 30 permanent staffs and 70 temporary staffs.
